Hatha Yoga  
w Simone

The practice of Hatha yoga is to achieve harmony and balance in the mind, body and spirit.

Classes are gentle to moderately paced, are suitable for all levels and ages, and aim to maintain a strong, healthy body and a clear, calm mind. Each class will offer a combination of postures to improve strength, mobility, flexibility and balance, with a strong focus on breathwork and modifications to suit individual needs. Meditation and the blissful sound of crystal bowls have the ability to create an inner sense of calm and peace, leaving participants feeling truly relaxed and restored after each class.


Simone is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Naturopath, Herbalist and Nutritionist who is currently continuing her studies in Yoga Therapy.

Her mission is to nurture, educate and empower people to achieve better health and vitality using natural therapies that are both traditionally and scientifically proven to be effective. She is passionate about helping support people in achieving their health goals by restoring balance, health and wellbeing in a holistic and sustainable way.
