Thank you so much for taking the step to booking your child into our outdoor nature creche! The following form is intended to help us get to know more about your child to so they feel nurtured and safe in our care.

The creche staff have a history of working with children and hold a current working with children check (WWCC).

Please be aware that creche staff will try their very best to ensure your child feels safe and calm. However, sometimes there is no one like mum! If this is the case we will seek you out in studio.

Please inform us of any special settling/calming techniques which will assist us to help your child feel safe.

Creche Rules

Please ensure you know and agree to the creche rules before using our child minding service.

If the weather doesn't permit the creche to operate, you will be informed 2 hours before your class via SMS. If this means you cannot make your studio class, you will receive a full refund or the chance to reschedule your booking.
Creche drop off begins 15 minutes before your class starts. Creche pick up finishes 15 minutes after your class ends.
Sign your children into the creche when you arrive at the studio. You must allow yourself adequate time for this without being late to your class.
When signing your child/children in please update the staff as to any new preferences for your child/children including settling/comforting.
If your child/children becomes severely distressed during creche time and cannot be settled/comforted, they will be brought to you in studio.
Ensure you do not pack any allergen foods such as nuts or egg.
If your child/children require toileting or a nappy change, they will be brought to you in studio for this. It is best to get this out of the way before drop off.
If your child/children is unwell please do not bring them to creche.

Photography Release

I understand that photos, films, videos or audio recordings are sometimes taken of Sunny Souled Studio attendees for promotional purposes.

I agree to allow your image, recording or likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by Sunny Souled.
